2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

From our wine library, aged in optimal cellar conditions at the winery.  We have nearly fifty years of experience growing Cabernet Sauvignon on our ranch. The cool climate of the Russian River Valley prolongs the ripening period, giving our Cabernets a distinctive and complex character that can be evocative of chocolate, dried cherry, redwood, and capsicum. The most concentrated and earliest ripening sections of the Estate vineyard are selected to comprise the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon bottling.
